Commonly known as ‘the Nat’, the Natural History Museum has been open to the public since 1874,

effects of climate change all the way to observing the skeletons of dinosaurs making it the perfect
place to go exploring into the unknown. If that’s not enough then perhaps you could take a trip to
experience whale watching off the San Diego coast.

Petco Park and Gaslamp Quarter

The Gaslamp Quarter‘s 16 blocks are peppered with Victorian-style buildings that now house a variety of shops, art galleries, theaters and trendy restaurants, not to mention plenty of bars and clubs. Nestled within the Quarter is what is known as ‘the worlds best ballpark in Americas finest city’ Petco Park. Home to the San Diego Padres. OLD TOWN SAN DIEGO

learn about the history of the town, enjoy shows at the theatre and more.

SEA WORLD

In the heart of San Diego is the fabulous Sea World, where you can spend the day experiencing
thrilling roller-coasters, watching dolphin and whale shows along with presentations, learn about the
organisation’s sea rescue agenda and what they do for the environment and of course getting up
close and meeting your favorite ocean animals such as penguins, otters, sea turtles and even
sharks!

USS MIDWAY AIRCRAFT CARRIER TOUR

When you’re in this part of California you should never miss the opportunity to visit a 972-foot-long
aircraft carrier, the largest in the world from the years 1945 to 1955. Not only do you get the chance
to explore this amazing vessel, but you get to view more than 25 aircrafts on display and being
taught first hand by war veterans what it takes to be able to get these aircrafts in the air.

Whether it be the originality and “realness” of Ocean Beach to the tourism of Mission Beach to the party atmosphere of Pacific Beach, there is a beach for everyone in San Diego. La Jolla is right up the coast from Pacific Beach and it boasts some of the most iconic views in the world. And, of course, there are the seals. You can take a nature walk or watch paragliders daring the ocean as they take off. The last stop up the coast is Oceanside which is one of the up and coming jewels in all of San Diego.
